These terms apply when you buy from KovaKits or use this website. Please read them before ordering. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

About us

KovaKits is a UK-based retailer of football shirts. Contact us at kovakitshelp@gmail.com.

The shirts we sell

We sell fan version replica football shirts sourced from our suppliers. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official retailer for any football club, national association, or sportswear manufacturer. Club names and crests are used only to describe which shirt you are buying.

Product photographs are shown as accurately as we can manage, but screens vary and colours may differ slightly from the shirt you receive.

Placing an order

Adding items to your basket and paying is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an order, for example because an item is unavailable or a price was listed in error, we will tell you and refund you in full.

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is free worldwide.

Buy 2 kits, get your 3rd free

When you add three or more eligible kits to your bag, the cheapest of every three is free. The discount is applied automatically at checkout, so you do not need a code.

The free kit is always the lowest priced of the three. The offer applies to kits only and does not apply to name and number printing. The price of the kits you pay for is not changed by the offer. We may withdraw or change the offer at any time, but never after you have placed an order.

Delivery

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days. UK delivery typically takes 7 to 14 days and international delivery 7 to 21 days. These are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Customers outside the UK are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs charges applied by their own country. We cannot predict these and they are not included in the price.

Your right to cancel

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. The period runs from the day after the goods are delivered. To cancel, email kovakitshelp@gmail.com and tell us clearly that you wish to cancel. You may use the model cancellation form in the Consumer Contracts Regulations, but you do not have to.

After cancelling you have a further 14 days to return the shirt to us. You pay the cost of return postage. We recommend using a tracked service, as you are responsible for the goods until they reach us.

We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of receiving proof that you have sent them, whichever is sooner. Refunds are made to your original payment method. We may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value if the shirt has been handled more than was necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and function, in the same way you could have examined it in a shop. Shirts should come back unworn, unwashed and with any tags attached.

When the right to cancel does not apply

The right to cancel does not apply to shirts that have been personalised for you, for example with a name or number printed to your specification. This exception is set out in regulation 28 of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Please double-check your spelling, number and size before ordering personalisation.

Faulty or incorrect items

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 the goods we supply must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. If something arrives faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, email us within a reasonable time with photographs and your order number. You are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances, and we will cover return postage. This applies to personalised shirts too. These rights are in addition to the right to cancel above.

Sizing

Our shirts are fan version and fit true to size. Use the size guide, or message us before ordering and we will help you choose. Sizing advice is guidance offered in good faith, not a guarantee of fit.

Kit requests

If you ask us to source a shirt we do not stock, we will try, and come back to you with a price and lead time. Nothing is ordered and nothing is charged until you confirm you want to go ahead.

Using this website

The content of this site, including text, photography and design, belongs to KovaKits unless stated otherwise. You may not copy or reuse it commercially without our permission. You agree not to misuse the site or attempt to disrupt it.

Our liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory rights as a consumer. Otherwise we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable at the time the contract was made.

Complaints and disputes

If something has gone wrong, email kovakitshelp@gmail.com and we will try to resolve it. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your own country.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
