Shipping
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days and shipped tracked. UK orders typically arrive in 7 to 14 days, international in 7 to 21 days. Busy periods such as new season launches and December can add a few days.
You'll receive a dispatch email with your tracking link. If it hasn't moved in 10 days, message us and we'll chase it.
Any import duties on international orders are the customer's responsibility. They're rare on orders of this value.
Returns and refunds
We want you to love what you order, so we'll be straight with you: we don't accept returns or exchanges under any circumstance. All sales are final.
We're careful about accuracy. If we make a mistake with your order, a refund is issued promptly on the affected items. Message us with your order number and a photo and we'll sort it.
Because of that policy, sizing matters. Check the size guide before you order, and if you're between sizes or buying for someone else, message us first. We'd rather spend two minutes helping you pick than have you stuck with the wrong size.
