Returns & refunds

The short version: you have 14 days from delivery to change your mind, you pay return postage, personalised shirts are excluded, and anything faulty is always our problem to fix.

Changed your mind

You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason or none. Email kovakitshelp@gmail.com with your order number and tell us you want to cancel. We will send you the return address.

You then have 14 days to send the shirt back. Return postage is at your cost, and we recommend a tracked service because the shirt is your responsibility until it reaches us.

Send it back unworn, unwashed and with any tags still attached. You are welcome to try it on as you would in a shop. If it comes back in a condition that reduces its value beyond that, we may reduce the refund accordingly.

Your refund

We refund within 14 days of the shirt reaching us, or of you showing us proof of postage, whichever comes first. It goes back to the payment method you used.

Personalised shirts

Shirts printed with a name or number are made to your specification, so the 14-day right to change your mind does not apply to them. This is set out in regulation 28 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Please check your spelling, number and size carefully before ordering personalisation. If a personalised shirt arrives faulty or printed differently from what you ordered, that is a different matter and we will put it right.

Faulty, damaged or wrong item

Email us with your order number and a few photographs. If a shirt is faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund, and we cover the return postage. This applies to personalised shirts as well, and it applies beyond the 14-day window.

Exchanges

We do not run an exchange service. If you need a different size, cancel within 14 days for a refund and place a new order, or message us and we will help you get the right size first time.

The easiest return is the one that never happens. Use the size guide, try the size finder, or just message us with your measurements and we will tell you which size to take.
